Why not use an inspection firm and
a separate cleanup firm?
Both
are connected, a detailed inspection
will be the basis for determining
the scope of work. Using two firms
may result in both firms blaming each
other for the problem if the job fails.
Most Mold inspectors will not or cannot
make recommendations or determine
a scope of work because of lack of
experience. Most removal firms has
no or little experience with Mold.
Some firms may have worked with water
damage repair but not mold, some other
worked with asbestos removal and bring
in asbestos contaminated equipment
into a nice home. Our Mold equipment
is used only for mold jobs, we have
other equipment for asbestos jobs
and do not mix them. The experience
we gained over time doing inspections,
survey, testing and cleanup is invaluable
and unsurpassed. That is why all our
jobs are successfully completed and
our clients always recommend us..
Mold cleanup jobs may involve asbestos,
shall another firm be hired for asbestos
work?
We are
licensed and registered for asbestos
work and can complete any job including
asbestos testing or removal. |
